A day of chores and sights. Despite living in Edinburgh all my life, I'd never been up the Scott Monument. Well worth the £3 admission. Go during the week, in the winter. The views are superb, but I'd hate to go when the very narrow and windy stairs are full of tourists. More photos in my folio when I escape the green ink.
