2018 Saturday — Morning / Afternoon
We woke to rain clouds and wet pavement during the morning hours. Looking south toward Morro Rock in the a.m., the promise of all day rain looked real.
For this final Saturday afternoon of November, our final Saturday on California’s Central Coast until mid-December when the college semester concludes and we return for winter’s wonderful months, we took our three pups for a walk in Tidelands Park in Morro Bay. The tide was the lowest we have seen in a long time. The air was cool and the breeze biting, but my thick winter coat with hoody was adequate insulation.
After our walk, we stopped at the SeaShanty in Cayucos for dinner. Then home to our lavender house.
If there is such a thing as a perfect day, this one is in line for an honorable mention.
From the very small community of Cayucos on California’s Central Coast,
