Wrapping It Up For Christmas, Aylesford

The first time I've felt the Christmas spirit - I loved these simple but effective lights and what looked like a giant roll of wrapping paper leaning against one of the trees. This year, for the first time ever, there will be a Winter Wonderland in our village with a skating rink, stalls, rides and a full-on panto! I'm feeling ever so slightly excited by it all!
Managed to fit in quite a bit today, all told - a five mile run, food shopping, preparing tonight's dinner, going for a walk (to take today's shot) and also making the pea and ham soup for tomorrow. There's nothing I love more than coming home on a Monday night and remembering that I've already made the dinner.
