Over indulged last night at Kathrina’s. 5 courses of rich food late at night is having its effects ! No breakfast required ..... once things had settled we had Sunny and glorious autumn walk through CJ woods with Hubs and The dog. Our friend is unwell and we’re trying to make sense of mental ill health, be helpful and not worry more than we are. It’s quite exhausting .
Hubs is nursing a bad back after helping Bruce with clearing the burnt down compost demo site . Much ouching and occasional yelping is not a good sign .
Hacked out around Sopwell with Susan on her bike and she let young Elle ride her pony, she’s a great sport.
