Spice

Woke up feeling very Christmassy, which was apt as I'd arranged to go to the Christmas Market in Faversham with friends. Unfortunately it was rubbish, and not particularly Christmassy.

We went down to the Creek to have a look at the shops down there and found this beautiful thing of a shop. Lots of different spices, herbs, salts, dried chillies and some very interesting spice mixes. I bought a Moroccan and a Turkish kofta mix as well as some star anise. Wishing I'd bought some of the different salts too!
