Thank you, One and All!

It’s the little things that make the tears flow; the kind comments left on yesterday’s Blipfoto for which I thank you all so sincerely, the card written spontaneously by my 4 year old grandson that say ‘We love you Grandma. Please come and live in our house’ or the lovely bouquet of flowers left on the garden table when I was out, with a handwritten note in pencil on a sheet of paper out of a school exercise book which read ‘Sorry about Sandy, love Seb, or my 10year old Yorkshire Grandson emptying his money box to give a donation to the Marie Curie hospice. People are so kind and I do thank you all for being wonderfully supportive at this horribly distressing time.

In other matters, it is so difficult and frustrating to dissemble someone’s life; endless phone calls and appointments which require different documents to be produced, and the making of funeral arrangements. Nothing seems easy at the moment. It was good to have Glasgow daughter through for support.
