Another very grey and wet day in Flanders. At least England isn't the only country with terrible weather at the moment.

It didn't spoil our mini break We did everything planned and last night had a lovely dinner in the hotel retaurant followed by champagne in the piano bar. The extra is looking down at the hotel lounge areas from outside our room. The hotel was once a convent and the retaurant/bars area were once an outdoor courtyard with the original cloisters.

A foggy drive back to Calais, hypermarket shopping for cheese, wine and some Christmas goodies, a meal in a brasserie and on time/no delay return Eurotunnel trip.
