Healthy and Happy

It is NOT about looking THIN. it IS about being and FEELING HEALTHY!!
I loved being on vacation last week and spending the Thanksgiving holiday with our wonderful children and grandchildren. While being careful to not over indulge and running in the Turkey Trot, my husband and I came home feeling healthy and not feeling like we were a stuffed turkey! The best part was I enjoyed getting up early and working out today. Hope everyone had a healthy and happy Thanksgiving week also.
