Frustration!!

F has decided to install secondary glazing on his windows as he has the original wooden sash windows that look good but result in the house being quite draughty.

He found a company in Shrewsbury that supplies everything so he phoned up but was asked to order it online.

The two of us have spent hours on his computer working out how to do it and imputting all the information (every window is a different size). I'm very poor on the computer and F is much worse than I am so you can imagine the time that it took!

At last it was done but when we went to put the order in the online basket, we were informed that it doesn't work with Google.  F phoned again and the company agreed that it doesn't work properly. 

Tomorrow we are going to Shrewsbury to place the order which is what F wanted to do in the first place when they asked him to order online.  Grrr!!
