Healthy living

This bowl of fruit looks very healthy but I don’t think it would taste as good as it looks.

My extra comes from a little walk round Peebles town early this morning. There is an excellent John Buchan Museum here and indeed Blipper Chamberlain John volunteers to help run it.

This sign on the wall however seemed to me to be trying to squeeze as much as they can from their famous resident. Just round the corner there were stone steps down to a tributary of the River Tweed. I counted them to see if there were 39.
