The original Ian Fleming novel actually says: You only live twice - once when you are born and once when you stare death in the face. Allegedly an ancient Japanese proverb. Very scary.

The Dizzle prefers You Only Live Once (YOLO) - something you scream when engaged in extreme sports. Or similar.
