Trusty steed

A nice early 5am start to get the ferry and the chance to drive the length of France. A stop in a charcuterie on high provided enough food to last us a couple of days to avoid getting back in the car in the near future. The last 50km were shrouded in dense fog and consequentially frustratingly slow. 
The house on our arrival was like as building site, not surprisingly as it is one. More mess that I had anticipated and certainly more water about. Clearly it has rained significantly recently and springs have sprung up everywhere, in and around the house.
