Autumn gloom

Today it stopped raining. As you can see, it wasn’t sunny but at least it wasn’t wet. The roof is almost done but one suspects the last little bits will take time.
We braved the car and the shops today. A brief visit to the bank ended up taking half an hour. Lidl was as exciting as ever and the dog was booked into a visit before our return. The Mairie was our final visit and a chance to get our Permis de Feu to help us clear some of the terraces
