If an entry on Blip is supposed to reflect your day, then this reflects mine. Sorting out finances, writing a few letters and emails, and addressing a couple of problems. One of them involves a large telecommunications company that I have no dealings with but has still managed to mix me up with one of their customers with the same name due to their systems not being able to cope with a dot in an email address; I managed today to get the CEO personally involved so things have started moving. The mouse mat was a souvenir from a trip to Dublin a few years ago; I think I'm ready for the real thing rather than a rubber replica now.
