Water Reen

I visited my parents this afternoon living by Cardiff Bay, and on the way home the traffic was almost at a standstill, so I headed along the coastroad between Cardiff and Newport to avoid it.

Taking a short cut along a narrow lane I could see the sun setting and lovely colours forming so stopped to take a photograph. Luckily for me this reen was lined up with the sunset and it made a good one for todays Wide Wednesday challenge on the theme of 'water'.

An unexpected decent sunset seeing as it's been overcast and raining most of the day.
