Frosty

I woke up this morning to -7° and some ice flowers on the upstairs windows. I grabbed the camera and had to work quickly as the sun was hitting the windows. 
A friend came over to play Scrabble and have lunch. I cooked good old hearty Shepherds Pie (but with beef instead of lamb) - great for a cold day and a new dish to my friend. The rest was frozen for Hubby to take to work in Vienna next week rather than always having to eat out.
