Cakes

Managed to get two lunch loaves made today, while they were in the oven the kitchen got a deep clean.
Used an old family recipe for the cakes, maybe do some more at the weekend as unlike the Christmas cakes they can be eaten straight away and we have a few bring and share buffets over the next few weeks.
