Triumph

So, Eve was off school today and I convinced her that a walk along, and in, the river would be beneficial. She certainly looked tired enough when we got back up the hill and hopefully she will sleep tonight.

Anyhow, the big news was all happening this evening. No, not the Liverpool match in the Champions League. I couldn’t concentrate on that because Mrs S was sat in the St Pancras Hotel with the great and good of the film industry at the International Drama Awards.

And she only went and won.

So, Mrs S won the International Drama Series Script Competition. A big cash prize and her script has been optioned.

Cue much dancing around the kitchen. Incredibly proud of her and delighted all that hard graft has paid off.
