Another project finished

Yesterday while I was at the dentist, my husband picked up our granddaughter from school. Half way down the block from the school, they heard a thump and then screaming. They turned around to see what happened and saw a student lying on the street hit by a car.
Traumatic day for all involved. Fortunately, the boy did not suffer life threatening injuries.
Too often I grandma scold children(usually boys) who are running down this street and often run onto the street to by pass the slower folks.
