Seed Head

Well I spoke too soon.
Shoulder very bad again today so morphined up with a mix of tramadol and paracetamol.
I think it's safe to say that the injection I had has done very little to ease this pain.
Today I've felt really low - don't know what to do next bearing in mind that the shoulder man told me no surgery.
Wet and windy to start. Dry afternoon and milder.
