Happy hens

They are called Happy Hens and sit on my kitchen window sill.

A wee reminder of my Mum.

We saw the sun today which was wonderful. After days of grey I smiled as I opened the curtains and a clear dawn greeted me.

A busy and productive day, including a straighten out session from my chiropractor. A day of settling and I'll be back to my usual exercise.

Today's gratitude: For opportunities and choices. I'm blessed.
