All in a row

More than dreich this morning (and only the women came out walking again) but the rain did stop at lunchtime so once home from cafe I went for a short run. 
The brief burst of sun had gone and you can tell it was pretty  dull from the graininess in this photo - but at least there was some activity on the pond.
Tooth settled down for now and jaw joint only a problem after vigourous exercise and I've found a way to help that doesn't involve oral drugs.
