Quince chutney

Bit of a lie in before stating on the beer. Another lot made, 44 bottles filled, and another load transferred for conditioning. A batch o soup completed along with my fist attempt at Quince chutney. Think there was too much vinegar and not enough sugar. Might have to have to add some more sugar next weekend. Quite night in after that when J got back from fly ball as it was too wet to go to the market.
