The Christmas cake is getting rather tipsy!
Regular feeding with brandy is starting to go to its head I think, certainly mine is starting to spin with all I need to do over the next 26 days.
A yummy batch of oatcakes, so easy to make and so much nicer than bought ones
Busy day today including shopping for and visiting Ali. Then, this afternoon, the joy of sharing home communion with somebody who can't make it to church just now.
I've done so much rushing around today that I realised after dinner that I hadn't got my walking done so, walked off my dinner with a quick walk to and from Waitrose, an easy 3 miles.
No sign of yesterday's parcels. Apparently they were unable to access my property.. I reckon it was dark, cold and wet and there wasn't a parking space right outside so they couldn't be bothered lugging two heavy parcels up the driveway.
