Feeling Your Age

I woke this morning feeling like I used to after a tough game of rugby. A long hot shower didn’t do much to ease the aches and pains and after a breakfast butty I headed off to the rugby club.
Couple of hours maintenance and then it was down to the docks to drop an RNA Charity Cheque off to the Mission To Seafarers, on to Sainsbury’s for some shopping.
Home, quick clean through, varnish the Brownies salt dough Christmas stars before settling in front of the TV and binge watching the series ‘Blood’.
Down town to the Falmouth Bookseller to make a start on my Christmas List. I have to confess at aiming to be there whilst everybody else was at the other end of town for the Christmas Lights switch on. Book browsing in the peace and quiet with a glass of white and a mince pie.

Christmas has arrived.
