Bingley Parish Church

Dropped car off at the garage this morning as heater has died (just as winter approaches!). Walking into town I thought I would photograph the parish church.  The graves are split from the church by the main road (some had to be relocated when the road was altered), but there is a big cemetery further up the road. The gravestone by the gate is for a mill owner from the nearby village of Wilsden, and you can see other old gravestones lining the pathway up to the church entrance.  It is a beautiful church inside.  After that I bought tickets for a "Singalonga" cinema evening, caught the bus back to the village (no wonder people use their cars with the high bus fares - and that was off peak!), then called in at Tittle Tattle coffee morning at the Congregational Church.  Just waiting to hear from the garage now - more expense after an expensive trip to the opticians yesterday!
