Martti Aarola

On the final day of my exhibition we were visited by three good friends, one of whom, Martti Aarola is seen here presenting me with a portfolio of photos shot in Ireland and published in 1979 by Finnish photographer Pentti Sammallahti. Google him if you are interested. Martti was part of the team in the printing works which produced a very fine set of prints. This is a gift which I will always treasure . A very fine gesture by a real gentleman.
