A friend of mine leaves this weekend for pastures new so we had a quite big night out last night.
Managed my first money finish of the year tournament in a pretty entertaining tournament. With 7 players left the £1440 pot was split 7 ways for £200 each with the remaining £40 going to the winner. The winner being decided by everyone going all-in blind and all the cards being dealt face up.
Managed to get quad aces as well which I think was a lifetime first!
We had a go at the cash tables as well which was more successful for him but, less so for me. I rarely do well at the cash tables, and that continued with my AK getting cracked by AJ.
