Spoilt!

Well, it's turning out to be a lovely Birthday!
A family dinner out to Letterfinlay last night which was very tasty and much enjoyed by us all. A lovely bunch of presents and cards this morning. Another frosty but sunny morning so a decent length of dog walk completed in the dry and then home to a Birthday Cake made by L.
It's a Nigella Birthday Custard Sponge as spotted on DomesticGoddess's journal the other day. L made it all himself and had even ordered the special candle holder for my birthday. He's a good boy! We are showing great restraint and trying to save it till my mum arrives this afternoon.....she better not be late!
This evening is a gals night for food, fizzy drinks and, I would imagine, quite a lot of hilarity!
