Yoga this morning and then walk and then putting up some Xmas decorations. Lizzie wants to be organised this year

Then into Geneva for the annual Escalade race around the old town , The number of participants keeps on growing so there are now many races over the whole weekend - 45'000 runners in all - there were 1800 in my race. 7.2k up and down the old town. Slowest I have ever run but was pretty much what I expected.
