Resistant

It was raining. They were not wearing their coats. They'd been out already that morning and it was chucking it down (again). We were late and they had an appointment to get to. Did they want to set foot outside in the rain? Did they hell. 

I had to drag them out and manhandle them into the car. They did get in, finally and off we went. 
I was also reminded that my Rab jacket, recently returned from repair is not a waterproof. Not in the slightest.

Found the road to Bathgate to be heavily flooded in parts. That  was an "interesting" drive.
