Weitra Christmas Market

The girls and I caught the tourist train to the old town of Weitra for the Christmas market. It is a great way to do it - it only takes about 20 minutes and we don't have to worry about trying to find a park. It was looking very Christmassy after the snow yesterday and the sun came out at midday. It is a lovely market with local produce and crafts set up inside the castle. The light in the afternoon as we came down from the castle was lovely but very hard to do it justice. The girls were staying until the evening to attend mass but I rang Hubby to pick me up as there is a lot to do at home at the moment.
