Inspired

Last week when in Edinburgh, we visited Henderson's Restaurant (we liked it so much actually visited it three times in the end) and had a really tasty risotto with gorgonzola and pine nuts there. Johanna tried to recreate this at home tonight and got it spot on - it was really delicious :-)
