Morning sky

A day full of activity but it turns out the only photo I took was out of the front door at breakfast time.

I went through to Stromness to an event marking St Andrew's Fair Saturday: 'a day to boost arts, culture and social empathy' following the extreme consumerism of Black Friday.

It sounded like a good idea to me and it was rather nice to dip into the Stromness social scene. This was a very friendly gathering at which we learned of some overseas projects supported by Orkney Folk, shared tea and cake and knitted squares for blankets.

Visited M for tea and a natter, then home for a shared meal and more catching up on news and Christmas plans.
