Park Run

I did my first Park Run today down at Cramond foreshore. The promenade was covered in ice, but the cooncil had been out to grit most of it in time for the start of the run.

I was cream crackered at the finish, but actually quite pleased with my time, considering it was the first 'proper' running event I've entered.

Also, I was very impressed by the event organisation especially when it is free to enter. Many thanks to the volunteers.

Looking forward to see everyone's frosty blips for today.
