St Mary's Church

in the old settlement of Appleton, next to the Sandringham Estate. The round tower is Saxon, date unknown but thought to be between 1000 and 1200 AD.

I rather like the place and photograph it every few months. Granted it does not change much but the sky and trees do; usually I prefer a monochrome treatment of the scene with a hint of sepia.
