Pottery Memories...

I went to a local photography exhibition today. A sports photographer, Gareth Copley has spent the last year photographing local a specific aspect of Stoke-on-Trent architecture. 

He's been discovering and photographing the remaining kilns, or "bottle ovens" found around the city. There are less than 50 remaining, where there used to be around 2000.
