From the ashes.....

I have had a fab day at West Dean College learning how to carve a spoon from a piece of greenwood with Nic Webb- a great and very patient and kind tutor. This is the freshly hewn piece of Ash from which I have carved my spoon. Nearly lost a finger in the process but that's another embarrassing tale!
I will blip spoon tomorrow- must now go and fetch another plaster....
