1. Advent

For the first time in months it rained all day. Time to get some Christmas decorations out. The star is new and has a twin. Now that it's lit it's a little too bright for my liking and I'm hiding it behind other stuff to dim it.
The red candle is one of four of my Advents"kranz" (wreath) in the kitchen. It's actually not a wreath, the candles are lined up; there's a second Adventskranz in the living-room that will be lit in a few minutes and that one is a traditional wreath.
