HOVERING

At last I got out this afternoon for a bit of a turn around the bird reserve. I was mostly taken with this kestrel (and extras), though I wish I'd had the grown-up lenses that lots of other people had who were there looking for a Little Bittern which had been spotted last Thursday (but not since). The kestrel is much more reliable - I see it often, but usually further away.
