First Sunday in Advent.

We went to Church this morning where everyone made a Christingle orange. The history of these can be found on Google and is very interesting. 

I love the words from the Gospel of John:
"The light shines in the darkness and the darkness has not overcome it" 
  Whatever your beliefs happen to be, everyone needs hope. 
Tired now so there are two more photos in extras. 
 I got out our Nativity set this afternoon.
 Stephen made some "Giraffe Bread". (it really is called by that name!)
Nothing like the smell of fresh handmade baked bread. 
We had some for tea.
