Last minute dash outside to catch some remnant of light in the sky. Yup, it's another Blip of Desperation. Started off the day well, productively, but a "quick check" of something on the computer lost a good couple of hours.

Up late trying to find a suitable bag to go on my bike's carrier, and replace the disintegrating one that's lasted years. There are all manner of ones specifically for the purpose... supposedly. But any I've looked at, and that's been plenty, just aren't as useful or big as the canvas one I bought from an old army/navy store. They're all made of high-tech this and that, with all sorts of fancy features, and huge prices. And none of them are patch, or as likely to last as well as the one that cost me a tenth of the price... albeit a dozen years ago.
