Sauerkraut

Dammit, I rely on Blip to remind me of this sort of thing - but I cannot find any record of when I actually made this sauerkraut. Oh, tant pis - we've eaten one jar-full already and this is the second. The taste just gets better and better - the caraway flavour is really coming through now. (No, Kaybee, that isn't a mouse turd).
