Making its Debut.

I'm pleased with the results so far, 4 3/4 hours after going into the oven my first ever Christmas Cake is cooling before being wrapped. Fortunately I had the benefit of a certain lovely ladies experience to advise me on whether it was cooked or not.

Before making the cake I finished off the covers for the various jars I have prepared, some of which will be Christmas presents for customers.

I was pleased to be able to walk the boys with RF before she started preparations for another busy week.
