Time flies

This was part of the banner outside the construction site where a local shop is going to be built. However, this year number was covered by a new one that says 2019 which was peeled off by someone. It promised that by 2018 the new construction should be completed but now it's the last month of the year and the ground was not leveled out yet. 

By the way, it was just off the street where we used to live. Lucky that we have moved away so that we were not troubled by the construction noise too much.
