Smoked chilli and rosemary dough-ball fondue

Vegan bread with vegan cheese dip from Vegan Christmas by Gaz Oakley.

The bread dough was the wettest stickiest dough in all the world, so the balls weren’t very distinct, but it had a good crumb and flavour. The topping was too salty by far, so next time, I will use a lot less.

The cheese dip was made from cashew nuts for body, inactive yeast for a cheesy taste, and tapioca starch for gooey stretchiness.
