The sun shone in the Crescent this morning. Colin's band of merry snowmen, Santas and gnomes were all ready for the switch-on at four o'clock. Our rather modest display was all rigged up and the time switch set.

We returned home at five thirty, and wow! What a spectacle! Cars have been cruising round all evening and already money is being dropped into the charity box.
