The upstream view is not usually the one you get from me. Lovely sunlight and the first hard frost here this morning.

I enjoyed the last of the Brontes class : it's been a variable feast, but I have enjoyed the input from the rest of the group.

I went on to Pilates . Nikki did a new sequence for releasing feet. I'm sure my ankles felt different on the walk home.

I've booked to join an acapella (neither Mac nor I can spell it ! ) for over 50's with the lovely Andres I did some some music history with. It will be fun.
