Trying to Stay Warm

We made it out the house this afternoon.
The wife was feeling better and was wanting some fresh air.
What she really meant was Retail Therapy.
Never mind,
it gave me the excuse to drift off with my camera for half an hour downtown.

Bit cold today, to say the least.
And the remains of a film of snow from overnight.
This chap was blowing his heart out on Union Street.
Trying to stay warm as he slowly turned pink,
Lots of enthusiasm if not exactly quality playing.

By four o'clock there was a fine film of sleet
and it was time for coffee and home.
