Baking Apples

More Apples cooked  and frozen for later apple sauce or pies. It's amazing how suddenly you remember you got pork and forgot the baking apples for the apple sauce, so I like to keep small quantities in the freezer for just that occasion.

Very Frosty this morning, the poor lass next door couldn't get into her car until hubby came to the rescue (I think she had summoned him from his work) Later it was a lovely walk in the park with Molly before shopping.
